Members of the Michigan Chapter of NASF gathered on November 2nd for the annual Lansing Summit. The event took place at the State Bar of Michigan in downtown Lansing. The Summit’s highlighted speakers included:
- Skiles Boyd, Vice President of Environmental Management & Resources at DTE Energy, who spoke about the implications of the Clean Power Plan.
- Gavin Brown, Executive Director of Michigan Aerospace Manufacturers Association (MAMA), who detailed the MAMA’s goals, benefits, and Supply Chain Management.
- Max Rogers, Operating Partner at Michigan Capital Partners, who discussed Current Trends and Insights in the Michigan Automotive Industry.
- Bryce Feighner, Chief of Waste at the Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ), who gave information on Michigan DEQ priorities such as statewide issues including solid waste and recycling initiatives.
The Michigan Chapter would like to thank Mr. Boyd, Mr. Brown, Mr. Rogers, and Mr. Feighner, for taking the time to speak at this event and to thank all who attended and helped make this year’s Lansing Summit a success.
